In a statement released on Wednesday, the directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol said they quickly determined the identity of the man — a 32-year-old who works at the establishment as a bouncer.

He has been in “administrative detention” for 14 days.

Meanwhile, the female participant remains at large, with a spokesperson stating: “The whereabouts of the second participant in the incident is being established to bring her to justice.”
