A hunter killed a male gorilla at Urhuakpa Gana in Sapele, Delta State. The person displayed the mammal publicly as amused people came out in droves to watch.

In no time, the animal transited into the cooking pot as it was butchered into pieces for the next meal. Some Nigerians on social media have criticized the killing of the endangered specie of animal which they feel should be protected from going extint.

Near Rome, Italy. 5 June 1945 Items from the service of Isaac "Ike" Bethel Utley, who was born in Smith Mills, Kentucky on 3 March 1920. Ike enlisted in the Army Air Corps on 19 January 1942. He was shipped overseas to the European Theatre and worked with a supply division based out of the city of Naples with an office set up in a residential villa.
