A shocking footage allegely captured by a CCTV camera has revealed the moment a sex pervert pulled a woman's skirt off in broad daylight as she was walking on the street. The perv ran away after doing the unbelievable act in the incident that happened in China.

 The footage emerged online in the early hours of Thursday. The idenitity of the man and woman that was attacked could not be ascertained. However, the man who attacked the woman was wearing a leather jacket before. The young woman appears to be on the phone as she totters along the road.
