"I'll do what you want. Sexually I'll be your slave," Tostee can be heard saying above the sound of an object hitting the floor.
The terrified cries and Tostee's violent threats to "knock her out" as he allegedly chokes her were heard in a mobile phone recording in Brisbane Supreme Court on Tuesday.
"I want to go home. Just let me go home," Wright can be heard pleading on the audio.
"I would, but you've been a bad girl," Tostee responds.
He can be heard repeatedly telling Wright to leave and heavy breathing makes much of the conversation inaudible.
Tostee has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Wright, with Tostee facing a potential life sentence if convicted.
The recording, which runs for more than three hours, was released after the final photographs of Tostee and Wright, taken on the fateful night, were revealed.
The selfies of the young couple, who met through the dating app Tinder, were released in court after police seized a camera owned by Tostee.
The photographs, include Wright playfully smiling at the camera, often poking out her tongue and making the 'peace' sign with her hands during the date on August 8, 2014.
A witness to the 26-year-old's death told the court that he was horrified to hear Ms Wright's screams for help in the moments before her death.
Nick Casey, who lives on the 12th floor, told the court: "I heard her say 'I want to go home', I heard her say, 'help' and at that point I said to her go back inside and it wasn’t long after that she fell.
"She fell straight past where I was standing on the balcony and ricocheted off a few balconies below us and kept going to the ground."
Images of a police re-enactment showing a woman's legs dangling from the balcony had previously been tendered in court.
Prosecutor Glen Cash told the Supreme Court in Brisbane that Tostee choked and restrained his date, before locking her onto the balcony of his Surfers Paradise apartment.

The accused can be heard saying: "You're lucky I haven't chucked you off my balcony you goddamn psycho little b*tch.
"I'm gonna walk you out of this apartment just the way you are. You're not going to collect any belongings.
"If you try to pull anything, I'll knock you out."
Barely 15 seconds after the argument, Wright's screams can be heard as she fell while trying to climb down to the balcony below.
But Tostee's defence has claimed the charges did not "fit" with what happened that night, with the court hearing the young woman had thrown ornamental rocks at the man during the date.
Wright's family has attended court for the trial, with her mother walking out to avoid hearing the audio that captured her daughter's last moments.
The trial continues.
