Drunk naked woman leads police on high speed chase, crashes her car and yells 'Jehovah, Jehovah' as she arrested


A woman has been arrested after she crashed her car at 100mph speed, than ran away from police with no clothes on.

Barbara Arellano is facing a number of charges, including driving under the influence, after she was caught by police in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with no clothes on.

The 51-year-old reportedly told police she had been 'partying like a damn dog' before she got in her car and admitted taking heroin, a bunch of pills, and was also drinking whiskey. 

When cops asked her why she stripped, and she said: 'I got hot'.  
Cops started following Arellano when she was spotted speeding on Interstate 25 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on Saturday.

She blew through red lights as she passed other vehicles on the 45mph road. 

Deputies say Arellano then crashed her Toyota Rav-4 into a pickup and left her vehicle naked.

The incident was all captured on camera.

She ran in front of the cop car, in the nude, screaming.

According to KRQE, a bystander handed cops a tarp sheet before she was arrested.

They covered her up, placed her on the ground, and handcuffed her.

As police held her down, she started shouting: 'Jehovah, Jehovah' over and over again. 

Deputies had to put a mask over Arellano's head because she tried spitting on them, the station reported.

The Chamisal, New Mexico resident faces a number of charges, including drunken driving.

When she got to the jail, she allegedly asked for more alcohol and drugs.
