Nobody pulled it off. It get pulled on it own and get off her waist and  landed on the ground within a brink of eye

The lady  attempt to dressed it back but she was ashamed to do so this was because all eyes on her Partner she was dancing with left her immediately alone on the dancing floor. 

She could not move neither continued dancing, she got frozen imaging her self in such a mess...
