   The person deserves to be hanged upside down,the cane to be used on him smeared with the hottest pepper,given 100 strokes of the cane,1000 fleas poured on his body,locked in prison and the keys thrown in the Indian ocean. Such acts of cowardice,barbarousness and savagery can't be tolerated in the 21st century.The culprit has to be brought to book.
