JUSTICE MUST PREVAIL! A lady had her phone stolen while enjoying a night out at an establishment called Under The Moon in Inanda.




The man who had been dancing with her was immediately apprehended by club security at gun point and at the instructions of the owner who is an advocate, they beat him up and frog marched him to withdraw over 1000 Rand.

They then stripped him NAKED and took him ONTO THE STAGE and announced that he was a phone thief. The baying crowd spat and threw drinks on him with many filming him.... 
Only for the actual thief to be caught and the young man identified as a hardworking driver. 

The club owner now faces charges for assault, illegal use of firearm, false imprisonment, defamation of character along with cases for distress.
